I agree with your article - especially about shoulders and weight training.  As a middle-aged, and more sensible lifter, I&#039;m very conscious of how my shoulders feel during the rep.

It&#039;s a shame that so many get caught up in the ego moment and try to bench too much weight without properly prepping those little stabilizer muscles we call the rotator cuff.

That being said, I&#039;d like you to take a look at the Rotater ( www.therotater.com/seeit.html ) and let me know what you think.</description>
